Claim Reporting

 
Transcom General Agency does not adjust or handle any claims directly. Transcom General Agency will handle reporting of claims to the proper carriers. Claims should be reported to our office using industry standard accident reports or directly to the proper carrier. All information that is available to facilitate the handling of the claim should be forwarded immediately to our office or the carrier as this is the retail agent’s duty.

Claims needing immediate attention due to severity, bodily injury or death must be reported directly to the proper insurance carrier using the following numbers:
